Hi everyone,
Here are two new sculpts i'm working on these days.
First is a 4 inches tall bust sculpted in NSP medium. I'll cast it in silicone and add some hair to it when finished.

This one is a 1:1 scale water clay sculpt almost ready for molding.I'll cast it in latex.

Awesome! The second one reminds me of Gollum from the animated Hobbit. Love how you've sculpted the changes in the tightness of the skin; smooth and taught at the top of the skull and bunched up as you go down.

some very nice stuff there friend. The vampire has a great feel to it, the teeth seem really good they fit like they had grown and werent stuck in :) The second head *( to me at least) has a hint of innsmouth about it. Not sure if this was intentional or not. I like them both a lot.

Wow I love them did you by any chance use orange peel for the texture of the head. How do you get the nice skin folds...great job!!!! Will you post the molding process?

Thanks for the nice feedback guys! ;)
crosstitch, I used a latex texture stamp from an orange.About the skin folds , i use different sizes loop tools and smooth it with wrake tools and brushes ,sponges ect. until it looks good to my eyes.
I molded it without taking any pics unfortunately. Another time maybe.
TitusCrow, someone else told me the same thing about innsmouth, but no it was'nt intentional .I was inspired by a Steve Jhonson's interwiew with some awsome sculpts in it. That's the main reason for the big mouth:)

okay i need to stop hiperventalating over your work and just say this youre talent for sculpting is incredible the bat creature and the goblin/vampire monster (dont know quite what monster categorie it falls under) are my favorites
p.s how much would it cost for a unpainted latex bat creature

Thank you very much!!
The bat creature is 4 inches tall and i'll cast it in silicone. I'll be selling painted copies for 160 US$ or blanks for 110$ ;)

Hi Aris
Another dose of creamy excellence:)
Beautiful work my friend,One day I hope I will be able to purchase one of your silicone pieces,Your designs always amaze me:)
What scale would the mini busts be in? Do you ever use Super Sculpey?

These are just too freaking awesome, AK!
Love'em, both.
Look forward to pics of a painted bat-creature - but both characters are absolutely great. Congrats.

I don't think I commented on the fanged wonder you've posted here. Or even the large-scale alien. Both are perfect additions to your family of horrors. Certainly your concepts are always exciting, but I'm a fan of your consistency.
Cheers!

Thanks for the nice feedback guys!!
Bongsplat, The minibusts are usually about 5 -6 inches tall. I haven't used sculpey for a minibust yet. I use NSP medium for those ;)

Great designs. The second one looks to be in the vein of John Pinkerton's Believe and Little Green Men sculpts.
Great work. Killer stuff.

Hi Aris your work is outstanding, I would comment more but I can't find the words, too good, exactly how I want my monsters to be. (without just copying you, if that makes sense)
Bongsplat I'm so jealous, need to get me a wife!! Oh wait,.. maybe just dosh.
Aris I promise if I ever make any money I'll be making a purchase :)

Breath taking tenacity, to the discipline of detail, is what strikes me foremost when I gaze into these faces. They seem only a thin, and gossamer veil away from reality.
I hope you are proud of yourself Just great, another raising of the bar! Now we all have to work harder,,, gee, , thanks! {or at least I do !!!}
