oouhf. i agree with Forge. Very pokemon'ish :D

Well.. you could add bubbles and stuff. maybe make the water a bit more plankton'ish so that the pic would get more dirty. As it is now, it looks like a sugarsweet cuteness panorama, and it needs to get dirty to get more 'character' :)
just my 2 cents.. I like detail.. dirtying it up would probably satisfy me.. :D

and oh. the light source is coming from above, the underside of the fishymonthing is too bright :o
