Hello there. My name is David Herbert and I am a writer with a comic project. It had gotten a lot of positive feedback when it was being developed, but unfortunately the original artist had to leave due to being promoted at their other job. And so, I am here to ask if someone as talented as yourself would like to take over the project.
The story is called The Journey Home. It was inspired by games like Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. It’s about a boy who was part of a military academy. His class is taken to a distant land, but their air ship is attacked and crashes. He is soon attacked by strange creatures, but fights them off. His talent gets the attention of a resistance group, who reveal the creatures are part of an invading force taking over many countries. The group asks him to help them, but he refuses, saying he just wants to go home. They agree to take him home, but put a spell on him so that while he thinks he's heading home, he's actually heading towards the invader's capital.
You will be getting 70% of the profits we receive, but I will try to get you something soon. I was going to make this a webcomic so that we can increase our readership and possibly make some money. I know a lot of people who are interested in this sort of thing, so we can get some readers pretty quickly. Also, I have another webcomic, Living With Insanity (http://www.livingwithinsanity.com/index/), which has hundreds of readers.
