This is a sketch I did back in October, but I decided to paint it up a few days ago for fun. I'm looking for feedback you all might have. (besides the fact that I put the cork things in the wrong place on accident of course!) Cheers!

Hard to critique such an exagerated face (anatomy wise) but I do feel that the colour choice on the background seems to be flattening the image. Try a warmer shade, it may bring the cooler green forward.

Plus, they're not Corks (I know this may be delibirate) it it does bug me.

Hmmm......good idea about the warmer shade thing. I'll try it out. Thanks. By the way, what are the cork like things supposed to be anyway?

they were in his neck I do believe and were hook ups for an electrical current. Imagine the + - on a battery.

Super fun portriat! I reallu like it a lot.

I have just a couple of suggestions. First, I'd like to see a little bit of light hitting his shoulders. Not a big deal. And second, how rad would it be to see this portrait in an oval, baroque style frame? The kind that you'd see Queen Elizabeth in. I think that would be pure hilarity.

what a great idea! That would be pretty funny. I'll get to work....
