Henry Yan workshop, ohio!

Ok, was meaning to post this a while ago before I ended up messing up my comp and such...

Henry Yan is having a workshop here in Columbus, Ohio. it's next week all week from 9-4 pm. It costs 550 for the entire week and they provide refreshments and stuff, no lunch is provided though. But this is an awesome opportunity to learn figure drawing from henry yan so it's definitely worth the cost. I'm definitely gonna be there. Just putting it out there if anyone else can make it on such short notice.

I had Yan for a semester of Life Drawing.

He has a subtle, but wonderful way of teaching, and I would highly recommend going if you can. (Alas, Ohio is a bit too far for me at the moment)

Henry is awesome. i learned so much from him in school..its not even funny. he's a fantastic teacher.

fun fact:
Henry Yan lives directly across the street from our office, and sometimes when we have meetings i can stare out the window and watch him sweep his porch...ahhhh, the yan-man.

He's also holding another workshop in San Francisco in 2010 January. He's been putting out newsletters or emails from time to time. I really liked how kind he was during an email exchange. I had purchased his book off Amazon and asked for him to sign it.
