well Im hoping this will take off well =) I've been browsing through the tutorials and I cant seem to find many for use with traditional mediums such as Acrylics, Charcoal, Watercolour and so on, so I thought of starting a thread where people can post to their hearts content =) Remember though, this is traditional not digital.

Happy postings ^+^

Well, you can check out the "Hundreds of Free Art E-Books (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=131117)" sticky in the Reference section, that has some good information scattered about.

In this very section you can find a thread about traditional watercolor techniques (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=156352).

Also here are a few choice links from my bookmarks.

"The Tools Artists Use (http://thetoolsartistsuse.com/)" - Isn't too indepth about the actual techniques, but still holds some interesting info in the interviews.

"Comic Tools (http://comictool.blogspot.com/)" - Has lots of good information about comic techniques and the tools used. Really good stuff in there, especially about some "old school" drafting tools that may not be in vogue anymore like the pointed drafting divider.

"Art Instruction Materials at the ASIFA (http://www.animationarchive.org/2006/07/meta-top-ten-reasons-to-contribute-to.html#famousartists)" - Lots of golden information, but as far as strict technique info goes you should peek at the wash painting in ink link (http://www.animationarchive.org/2007/11/wash-painting-in-praise-of-happy.html).

Edit: Also "Handprint (http://www.handprint.com/HP/WCL/water.html)", a go-to site for watercolors if I've ever seen one.
