Twice the height of today's tallest skyscrapers, their anser to urban sprawl....

That is pretty cool. I just find it interesting that they are really trying to make it, not just merely thinking of it.

Okay, japan could barely keep a floating airport up, how can they build a city in the air? And what about earth quakes? a few pillars break and the whole city comes tumbling down.

Damn that's awesome. If they did that, Tokyo would make top 5 on my "Vacation when I have money" list.
