My name is I.D.M.Morgan
I just wanted to start this with a quote:
"I do believe that writer definitely paint a picture in your head while artists have to convey it through their drawing. I feel that writers may have it easier than an artist in that sense, because I can write a nuance of emotion so well, but it's hard to draw it and have it be as subtle as I mean it to be.
A collaboration between a writer and an illustrator is also a collaborations of two different sides of creativity. Anyone who's worked as a team will tell you that there is back and forth between the two on the perfect way to present something. The artist doesn't always conform exactly to the writing and can sometimes see something better than the writer in a way they didn't think of. Vice versa where the artist might not know how to convey something without strength of writing.
I actually think that writer/illustrators who do everything on their own are at a disadvantage because they don't have a second set of eyes to help them create something... (unless they get an editor! Kudos to Tim Beedle, my editor!) Some people might think it's a blessing to do all the work on your own... but it's easy to get stuck and easy to push off work that way.
In short: Writers and illustrators are creative, each in their own way. But it takes a different kind of creativity to work together as a team to create a masterpiece.
I've read a lot of books with great art and (un-satisfactory) stories. I've read a lot of great stories with iffy art. When you pair the two (positives)... you're unstoppable!"

I have a vission that the comics seen of today can be lifeted from this un-holy funk that is just seems to keep dragging itself deeper and deeper within. this vission I feel can change the way we see comics forever and well I just need some people beside me to realise the goal and dream. I'm looking for a few choice people who are willing to belive in a vision. This visson is called Ultimatum X.
I want to give the reader a feel of "this is real, and looks it". I want to move out of the traditional comic colors of flat solid colors but things that look more epic and have feeling. Which is why the first thing that is needed is a phenomonal colorist. I know with a team behind this project this comic will be the next best thing after the creation of the Spider-man comic and those who actual watching Iron-man on the big screen you... (I have a thing about twilight after watching the film take best movie of the year... geerrr)
As the teams colorist there is the hope that you can really bring both the characters and the scenery within to life making readers really feel like they've warpped into anouther world. In Ultimatum X; I hope to achive a sense of relative-ness to the world as well as the character, and a colorist is the key to doing that.
I want to create somthing that when your tired of looking for a good comic and you flip through the pages in the hopes of finding somthing worth the read that can grab your attention in a way that you feel like "WOE!". Next I'm looking for an artist who posses phenominal action sequencing skills to really bring out the action in this action packed comic. I need an artist who can really make the reader feel like they were right there in the choas itself rooting or rooting against our hero. One of the main things I do when trying to find a coimc to read is look at what kind of action that it has going on. there is nothing worse to me that a comic whos supoesed to be filled with action lack so much action or at LEAST a semi amount of pages for action. I'm looking for a team artist who loves to make action scenes. I love watching a good fighting scene go on within a comic. I'm looking for an artist whos both versed in Manga style as well as Graphic Novel style work.
The next thing I was looking for was a line artist. perfferably one who has a more Manga-esck style of lining. For exp: thick lines for body and hair but knows when to thin the lines out. while also not making the thicker lines of the picture to think taking away from the look. I'm looking to move out of the traditional Graphic novel think lines an somthing a little more beautiful when un-colored.
I'm also looking for an editor to make sure everything has gone over well.
Hope to hear from those willing soon,
With the blade a Knight and the heart of a Liger,
I.D.M.Morgan.
