Good concept but the perspective looking down seems to be a little off. Maybe it is the colours but I can't see the characters feet properly.

to Matt Elder : my angels don't have feet! :) when they are outside! if they are in they have heavy boots around their ankles!

as far as feet go...do they not have feet because you have trouble drawing feet? if this is the case, then avoiding feet is not going to help you any. draw feet. go draw them now. it's fun. try it. now. go. draw feet. i promise you'll have fun. feet. now.

I think it says no sex cause angels are androgenous.

with the no sex thing to me it seems like you've forced it onto your picture as the upper body looks very masculine with wide shoulder and muscle and to even it out it seems you have forced femininity onto your character with a small waist and more feminie legs.
And there seems to be a little perspective issues with the upper body like the body is leaning forward whilst the head is in a possition as if the body was upright.
