Here are some recent sketches, any criticisms are welcome. Probably my main problem is I never step outside my comfort zone (pretty much faces with little to no emotion as you can see...) so everything looks flat and boring.

First, nice start. Second, get the hell out of your comfort zone, I should do it as well hehehe. Try some inks or colors, do some outdoor studies or something. Study anatomy. Learn to draw hounds. As said though, nice start, with this (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=749337&d=1250022899) one being a favourite. Try taking it further though, get some harder pencils for example.
