Does anybody know what this guy uses for his coloring? A specific Program?

Looks like a Flash website to me, though you could probably do the same thing in Illustrator.

Why don't you send him an e-mail and ask him about his process? You'll probably get better results from the artist than asking random people on a forum.

lol, thanks. I got the exact same results from using the thick and thin pen in corel painter IX. He uses Adobe Flash btw.
