Neat, makes me want to draw more fairies. Her proportions are good, although her feet might be a little small. Nice job on the hair and face. I think I would like to see some more clarity to her anatomy; she is so airbrushed soft right now. I think making the second wing more visible would make it a lot better. It took me a second to find it; it really looks like she just has one wing. Maybe some more frilly designs in her wings too, come on... this is a fairy. At least some veins would be great.
Now the lighting... You have done well as far as direction and cast shadows, but it is more the colors in her skin that bother me. I can't put my finger on it. I feel like the light on her back should be bluer, picking up the color of the wings slightly.
You have done a lovely job on the background! Those leaves are wrist breaking to do, I can imagine. I like the little details you've put in.
All very pretty.

That is a beautiful rendering! I agree with previous comments relating to anatomy. You are very close but just not 100% convincing. She is floating a little on the background and the drop shadow like effect on the wings just isn't working for mine - it just lifts the wings out of the composition and doesn't really integrate well. The same can be sad to some degree in other areas of the body (particularly the butt). The hard edge outline just takes away from the believability that the character is in the scene. Maybe just soften the edge or blend it in somewhat.

I'll add my quick crit right now too. I think you should throw in some different surface textures. As you've drawn fairly realistically, the surface texture of all the various plants, wings, dirt, skin etc shouldn't look exactly the same.
Roughen up the ground abit, give the plants some texture and I think that this will help the figure stand out from the background even more (you must want her to stand out, if she has glowing wings).
At the moment the rendering looks too 'perfect' and therefore artifical.
