I have run into another weird problem. Tonight it seems I can't paint over a darker value with a lighter one even though its on an above layer and on normal mode. The only thing that fixes it is to make another layer, but I soon run into the problem again. Its as if I'm trying to paint on a layer beneath, but I'm not.
