This is my first piece on painter, im still new at this so more critques=better.


Oh and i would reallly like some thoughts and pointers on color i dont generally paint much and just do drawings so my eye for color isnt that good :(

Umm... it's kinda rough to comment on, but as far as composition I think it looks pretty good. The colors look appropriate for a 'firelord's castle' ... maybe the purples are a little odd-looking maybe the bottom right hand corner, underneath the road that enters the castle(?) might be a little darker. Also, having a more obvious light source(s) might help. Its got a nice look though, this far.

thanks for the feedback, its prob rough cuz the only coloring ive ever done was wit pastels and that the picture had no line art. But yea the darker corner seems like a good idea
