Can't enter the CA Academy thread, why?

I saw the "CA Academy" thread listed in the FAQ, as a topic for beginners to start learning some skills. But by some reason, when I click it, I just go to other page listing the other topics of the forum. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm really interested in the academy as the Sketchbook topic doesn't give much feedback. :P
