The proportions look dead on to me.

its looking good, I like her hair. I also like the colors you're putting into her skin. I think you need to define certain areas like the edge of her face, mouth, nose, ear, and jaw. right now it looks too loose and blurry. also that hand needs work.

Proportions - just a couple of quick checks but usually the top of the brow is in line with the top of the ear and the bottom of the nose is in line with the bottom of the ear. I think you might need to shift the eyes/nose down slightly as the forehead looks a little small and the hairline at the top of the head might start in a weird place. Also not sure about the red and blue streaks in the hair. If that is the way the person has their hair, fair enough. But if you are just using those colours to build up the hair, I'm not sure that it is working.
