On a character, vehicle, or prop sheet how many views does the client normally ask for? Just a front? 3/4 and a back? Reason I'm asking is because I looked on khang le's site to get an idea of this but on all of his stuff I only see 3/4 views even on his characters!:D:shrug: Also what would a 3d modeler need?

Not sure about the first question, but a 3D modeler should only need orthographic front/side/back views, and only 3/4 if you are feeling generous.

A 3D modeller will probably want a front and side back isn't always needed, Top if it's a vehicle 3/4th's helps him compare his finished product to the original art.
Although with some guess work you can make a character model from a 3/4ths because you have a front and side.
As far as I know guns are normally made from a side view, 3/4ths views also work for guns.
I did games development for 2 years, made a gun from just a side view made a character from just a 3/4ths.
