I spent the day in San Marcos at the art department of the university of south Texas, I had the privledge of speaking to a figure drawing group an character design class. I feels great to share knowledge with other artists. One of the students asked it I could draw myself from memory and I made this in front of the class, it felt like a parlor trick but it was fun and the class seemed entertained.

"I feels great to share knowledge with other artists."....yeah, but if you only knew how many other artists and viewers these portraits influence. I'm "inspired", at times, even in my non-portrait works.

I was one of the students that had the opportunity to watch Andrew draw in Life Drawing class. It was fun and I got some great tips. It is really inspiring to see someone making a living off something they enjoy so much. thanks for coming.

Neat stuff, I've tried to draw myself from memory but i always look 8 years older and buff as bananas..
