Hey i'm a guy. Yeah. Just looking for any comments and improvement's. I aim for concept art, but i gotta start some where with anatomy and what not. Heres some drawings. I'd try my hand at some digital art but i haven't gotten around to getting a pad. Any recommendations?

All I thought I'd post two more tonight and then I'm out. The first one is a drawing i started inspired from a tutorial.......I think i'm gunna lose the arm. Just doesn;t seem right ya know.

The second drawing is some random characters i like to draw to make me feel better about my not great drawing level. Hah alright.

good start here...
as far as any tablet goes, if you feel you need one at this stage in the game, you can't go wrong with a slightly used one on ebay, that's where I got mine and it's been pretty rockin' so far.

as far as your work goes... are you in art school now? high school?
studying how other artists work is a great way to see how you can incorporate those aspects into your work.
A good study of human anatomy never hurt anyone, and simply drawing ALL THE TIME whatever is around you is a wonderful thing too...
Do you carry around a sketchbook? If not, you should. Doesn't have to be anything special, just some small book will do...
the key to getting better is to just keep at it... :)

JoshDArtist - thanks man. Iactually just graduated and I'm accepted at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Anatamoy is really touchy for me somethimes i got it, and others i just ...Nope.......and it takes me a long time.

Here to older drawings. I took my time with these and focused pretty hard on foreshadowing or yeah.

hah like i said it's touch and go, these are just the ones that turned out right.

here's a face drawing i don't know.........i think i'm gunna work on drawing face from different angles and then i'll try some figure drawing.

I like the first one a lot :)

The last one is pretty cool, too, but the forehead seems a bit too "big".
I might be wrong, could just be my personal view... well, here's what I mean:

silvart, i think you need to get a little more of fluidness in your drawing, don't be afraid to scratch the paper!!
