drow character concept, the name's spanish for 'deadly poison'
been awhile since I've posted any work, trying to improve my digital ptg so any feedback's appreciated

thats looks very cool,
have no bad critism. The background gives it that really cool atmosphere.
The textures are shit awesome and the shading is just as good, seriously like it dude.
Top work.

The left arm maybe a little off but not enough to really worry too much..The colors are great and the composition is good and a background would of been nice but hey you're emphisizing the charecter. Great stuff:D

my only crit would be that the hand hoding the weapon doesnt look like its grasping it all that well, its as if it would fall out of her hand at the slightest contact with something.
i like the design and the colors!

really good, i think her head is too big and the perpsective in the right arm is off

i had a look at your website as well, so my comment concerns your other work there as well.
i think uve got great character in your stuff, even where the content is weaker theres always good character and gesture showing through. thats not easy to find, honestly.
your anatomy has a cool style too
keep working.. be bolder with the color, it gets a little desaturated and loses deepness. try paying more attention to your hands - u use them well to show gesture but tend to make them too small (not in this one tho). u can get a lot better man.. just keep working

Rayl - thanks, I've heard other crits about that arm but I can't see it; I've been looking at her too long I think
Skank - I hear you, though I was hoping it would look like she had that mad elf dexterity thing, where the blade could just roll through her fingers
heiesuke - that arm again, I really need to study that, thanks for the comment
alti - yeah, it's a few layers, texture was worked up and treated kinda like scale mail, then overlaid a spiderweb layer and inverted it; accidental result but I like it
Eyal - man there's nothing worse than being told to keep trying :( - but I intend to do just that (and thanks for checking out the site)

Cool, but the cropping seems off to me.. i dunno, but i love the scale textures:)
