Here is a quick sketch I did of my friend. I had a little trouble with the eyes though (of course I probably messed up on a bunch of other things too, lol). Can anyone give me some good tips on how to draw eyes?

the link doesnt work. as far as the eyes go...look at the shape and study the curves of it. it may also benefit you to draw the muscles and what constructs the eye, but aside from that, if youre having trouble drawing something, just draw it over and over again (different pictures). make pages and pages of studies until you get it down.

Thanks. I'll try that and see how it goes. It might be because i don't spend a lot of time on the eyes, I usually try to rush through them just to draw the other stuff. I probably should spend more time drawing the eyes.

at first the ear and the moth works very well, good job in observation here
the other parts of the face distinct a little bit from its positions... maybe it will be easier to draw, if you construct it before
here (http://www.polykarbon.com/tutorials/malehead/3quarter1.htm) is a link, that'll help, maybe...
otherwise studie artwork of artists like sargent ...this will probably help the most and practice ...
hope that I could help, and that you r able to understand what i wrote .. I m still learning english :waves:
(to see the picture, open the link, delete the http:// and try it again)

Thanks for the crit. Anyway, it's just a sketch, I'll work from there into building a final drawing of the picture and see how it turns out. I think the nose is a little messed up too, almost like the line of the left goes up too far and it looks like her nose goes up to her eyebrows. Anyway, I'll work on it and post a new one as soon as I can. 'Till next time'
