I already have a sketchbook here, on which at first I started posting quick studies and doodles. Then I ended up posting more complete pieces, but I think it's better to divide the two things, so here I will post some bigger versions of the finally finished.

To start with, a little twist to an old cautionary tale. I thought it could be a nice series (maybe sequentials as well?), and it allows me to go back to my darker side.

I like the style you've got going in this piece, but the girl's hand has tangents/overlaps with the guy's pants rather than resting behind it, so it flattens that whole area out. Also, I think you'd see her rear leg even just a bit, from behind the guy. One last nit-picky thing is that although it's clear they are at rest on the ground, it'd help sell that point even more if you had some simple cast shadows or something since you've already used them on the characters. Sequential art is always interesting, and I could see something like this fitting well with that idea:)

Nice. Looks like something that would have been in 2000AD. Pretty sweet.
