Hi

Ive been a bit of a lurker just started posting recently etc etc. Anywat just wandering if you guys with all your knowledge can give me a quick hand. Basiclly im looking for some good concept art books. I know Syd Mead did some but when i checked in my local book shop they where around £100! so any signifcant books you think i should own tell me. Also i really need a good book to help me with anatomy/ Ive been doing some life drawings(http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16128) but i need to know the muscle and bone layout. So if you could just list a few books i would be really grateful seeing as i have no idea where i should look

Some are kinda expensive but i dont know what your budget is. I personally stumbled upon a great anatomy book from a library so that could be another option for you. Are you looking to understand the underlying skeletal musculature or just need good reference?

both, ive got a Burne Hogarth book but the people he draws are like inhuman body builders. There are good bits in it though, body rhythm etc and good muscles pictures. But i need some thing that explores the skelton in differnt poses and the muscles.
