i personally think that any non-military motorcycles with sidecars look garish and undesirable, but this will be my second dsg submission, and i'll give it a shot instead of just browsing.
edit: internet was botched so i gave up, but back on now...

Well, time to work.

I really don't know anything about motorcycles so I kept it simple. My fastest dsg so far..

Not very luxurious, but...

This time it was really hard for me to come up with a good idea. I alwasy thought super-rich people (who would probably buy luxory motorbikes) want comfort. And motorbikes aren't that comfortable.
Then I ralized the other thing super-rich people "need": speed!
So, her comes my JET-MOTORBIKE:

Its really no fun to construct some perspective with my small A6-Wacom

there's a real jet-engine motorcycle, google it, jay leno owns one, and it owns the road, faster than dodge's new viper-powered "tomahawk", google that too.

Yeah, those are some guys from around here, MTT (http://www.marineturbine.com). They make turbine powered firepumps... but, for fun they put turbines in motorcycles, trucks, boats, and I think they are working on an SUV right now. Interesting stuff.
Oh, and I've been kinda busy moving locations at work, so I haven't had time to post, but you guys stuff is looking pretty good lately.

Spent way too much time on this one...trying to wean myself off the undo command.
kayne/eviser8r- man, that's too cool! I would love to take one of those babies out for a spin! I wonder how fast a turbine powered boat could cross the ocean...

Not really happy with how this one came out, but i'm feeling a lil rushed for time, so here it is...
Figured that rich people might want the speed of a sports bike, but at the same time might complain about the wind blowing against them, so the whole bike is enclosed...
Also, many apologies on the cheap motion blur/gradient fo the background...

silentbrain - Man thats awesome! love the coloring and form and everything!
And man, i want one of those jet bikes for myself now!!! Well, maybe just take the engine and put it in my car... My parents pull a trailer with a huge ford F-250... i'd love to have a car that had more hp than their truck!

Its fast, its covered, it has its part held together by powerful magnetic force. What more could a rich guy want?
Quick pencil sketch with a quicker photoshop shade job.

my original idea for it was for it to take cues from rolls royces but it didn't exactly succeed. its powered by a rebuilt allison WWII aircraft engine. a trike[3 wheels]

no sidecar sorry!
dfacto: thats crazy a$$ cool [kinda stupid remark but had to use it resulting from a lack of a better representative of the state of awe that im in]

Hey troops,
Some cool stuff today. Really like the variety of bikes shown.
Not posting anything today. I'm heading out on vacation for about three weeks, but I should be back on DSG around Tuesday or Wednesday, depending.
Keep up the great work.

Again, not much time for this one, but something is better than nothing. I like the design, wish I had more time for the execution. I like it as a thumbnail at least :)
good work all,

This topic was more fun then I thought it was going to be. I am moderatly happy with this, although its kind of a wheel study with a bike stuck to it.

Hello, I'm new to the DSG. I really need to draw more, so I figured this would be a good activity to get me going again.
Here's my daily ... a nice micro-bug sidecar w/dvd player on a typical street bike. No reference used so don't nit-pick my bike. :D

Thanks Spartycus, Schwoassamoasda, dfacto, shiro, I guess that means anyone can make at least one nice pic if they keep at it.
Enjoy your vacation Oregano! :chug:
