=Gothmog, lord of the hordes of Angband=

Well, after seeing LOTR; ROTK, I've been inspired in all things tolkien. I really liked the balrog designs in the movies, so i tried my hand at it. I've read the Silmarillion and the lost tales, and my favorite character was Gothmog, mightyest of Balrogs and leuitenant of Morgoth, along with Sauron.

Heres just a quick sketch of what I envisioned the Dark lord morgoth would look like ( if the design ran like sauron and the nazgul).

Couldn't see one of the images (the one you plan on painting). The first light concepts are good and you have a good sense of anatomy (just watch the bicept on the bottom one - just a little on the big side).
