Hello!
I already posted here before, like one year ago, and in the end 3 artists made something (more showed up, but went around in circles...), those three have jobs now, and I need more artists!
My project is a 2D game, viewed from top down, the art for that I am mostly doing myself (altough I would love help, since I am a programmer, not artist), but I am having serious problems to make the art for the cut-scenes and other screens (my game is like "Wing Commander" series, where instead of having menus, you have 3D rendered or drawn screens...), so I need artists, now what I am aiming is make the intro video, where I will cut pieces of several cut-scenes (since I am doing the intro first, I will make only the parts that I need... Like if I had the cut-scenes, but not having...), and for that I need several characters with concept art and modeled...
The music for that video is done (it took 1 year to finish! in fact, I don't expect the project to go forward much fast... it is a slow but steady project that will eventually get completed).
The project has a small showcase in a borrowed place, unfortunally it is in portuguese, but it shows various old art (it is 6 months that I don't update it), but some of these art are awesome. http://www.gamedev.com.br/projects/sites/CUTAsteroids/
One particular character I am not finding anyone willing to do it, so I started myself, but I am not figuring how to complete it (I suck at art), so I decided to post my WIP (that will remain WIP forever if noone helps me). http://img354.imageshack.us/img354/4050/thebosstest.png
This character is the player boss (ie: he pays the player, and in writer terms, is your mentor), he has a background and a name written, but I will not post here because it would make this message huge, also it HAS hair, it is only me that could not make hair for him...
And the idea (even if it is not clear with that crappy image) is to make a young, strong, impulsive person, that is both japanese and german descent, this is why it has blue eyes with japanese shape... Or a attempt to have japanese shape (At least the eyes I managed to make look blue). And yes, he actually use this sort of clothing when working, instead of a suit (the game is not fantasy, it is just this character that is not normal).

Also, I have 3 sites, but I will not post them because one is a blog in portuguese (thus useless here...) and the other two are rather incomplete (I have to finish some games and fix the sites, that looks awfull currently)
