This is a project that I did for some LP album covers.. Yep big ole records. I guess each one goes on different consective albums.

I had a deadline, and even after re-doing 3 panels, I still see lots of mistakes and problems.

This was written by David Atchinson. I really loved the script and the plot( he made a story out of an amorphous concept that the client started with)

I drew, inked, and lettered it.( my first real lettering attempt actually, so pick on that too if you wish) I increased the text size because it was hard to read on computer.( Albums are pretty big.. around 16X16, so the text seems really small on the pages.

Give me your best shots. I'd love some feedback.

And here's another project I worked on a few months ago that was in the same genre-in a way... I did the pencil( and scanned from there) It was colored by Chris Walker( and he had some help as well)

A bit of explantion is need for these pages.

This project was a bet convoluted. I layed out, in thumnails, all of the panels. From there, I did the figures, and the company that commisioned the work did computer backgrouds where appropriate.

They did CG robots from my layout. I traced over these CG robot to give them some pizzaz, and I actually abandoned a few of their outputs and just drew the robots myself.( I do have to say they did a great job just as well)

All the pieces were scanned, put together and colored. whew!! Obviously there were some great colorists working on it.
