I just started this about 15 minutes ago. I'm looking forward to it, but I just want your feedback so far. It's like a four legged spider creature, there's a carrige devide on top where the rider guides teh creature. I want to make it a war beast, I'm thinking about putting clubs and sharp spikes on the tip of its "feet", that way as it stampeeds thorugh the enemie's armies, they will tear down the infantry.

What do you think?

its looking good so far but the head seems strangly a little 'cute'

hahaha, cute? That was not intetional.


I got a few crits from my friend and I'll make this like those war elephants from LOTR (sorta). On top of this beast, there is a catapult device, on each "feet" I drew club like weapons which chained weights attached (for massive infantry damage). I also made a harness-like structure hanging from underneath the beast. It's an archer hut. Archers are inside it and shoot for close combat.

I'll have a pic of it scanned once I get more work done to it.

Cool! I like furry legged things, nasty eyes too.

Love to see it in a finished battle animation!

I haven't gotten much work done on my drawing lately. I've touched it up a tiny bit today. At least I think the cute face is gone. I will also add another spider farther down on the white space to teh right

Oooooh! I wana ride. It looks realy great, but i have a question.

How long after watching Star Wars the Clone Wars did you draw this? Because in that movie they had this preying mantis type thing that had legs just like yours, but probably not as big as.

I don't think that the leg add ons are really needed they look to me as they could hamper its mobility greatly.

And I suggest that you draw billistas on its back for the weapons.
