New Guild Wars MMORPG Screenshots

I don't know if many of you folks have heard of ArenaNet. The company was founded by three former senior employees of Blizzard entertainment a few years ago, and is based in Bellevue Washington.

They're recently replaced their Alpha test screenshots with new renderings, and I thought I'd pass along the news.

First of all Guild Wars is not really a MMORPG...

But DAMN those graphics are intensely beautiful. I was feeling sad when I saw the graphics of the alpha... because quite frankly I hated them. But these.... so colorful and rich..

Oh wow, these renderings are beautiful, and so rich! That's fun how close the company is to me. I didn't know anything about this, but now I'll have to investigate this game.

Yeah.

I heard a while back from the Community Relations Department that they were working on the game graphics, but I was amazed when these screenshots were released.
