Donate function up and running?

I spotted it yesterday when it was green, and decided to give it a try. At that point it was in Euros, and everything seemed to function properly until receiving a receipt which came back as an account xxx@yyy.zzz, and the "Return to Merchant" button kicks you back to the forum FAQ about smilies. By the time I went to work the option had disappeared back into the forum ether, and returned later last night (in blue, with USD currency). So I suppose the question is a) did the original test donation go where it was intended?, and b) is everything fully functional now?

If it's Paypal, it should tell you in your account.
