That is really sweet! The use of light creates a wonderful atmosphere and intergrates the whole image well. Biggest problem I can see is how the style is working against anatomy. There is just something bothering me about his right pectral with that black line at the turning point of the shadow. I know what you've gone for but it reads like there is a problem with the pectral and the shape of it isn't right. To a lessor extent this also happens with the top abdominal muscles - they just feel a little too liquidy and gooy. Hopefully that makes sense.

:D Cool. Another Wolverine pic. Great Job, did you use any references? I totally agree with Matt's comments, the only comment I could add is on the inside of the right arm there's a thick black line, when you follow the arm down to the wrist and hand it looks jaged and sharp, as a result the arm looks detached from the painting. Otherwise it's great :chug:.

well, saw the last one, very impressed. See this one now, still very very impressed. I can't really crit on top of what the other guys said, I'm still a noob myself, but wolverine, as was suggested about the last piece, should have some more hair on his arm.

good job:chug:

Thanx for the comments guys, Matt you made a really good point about the transition from light to dark on his right pec it does look kinda wierd now that I really look at it. And if I do another Wolverine painting anytime soon he will definitely have more hair on his arms.

Personnaly I think Wolverine should be kinda hairy all over. Especially on his back, across his shoulders. Its kinda strange, but I've always thought that he would have a hairy back and chest.

Alexis.
