can't choose main color.. only secondary..

u know in photoshop how theres 2 color squares that u can switch back and forth with the x button, well i dont know what i did but only the bottom one keeps changing, whethere i pick a swatch color or use the color sliders or eyedrop .. only the bottom changes.. what the heck did i do?

how do i change back to the top being the one that changes.....

On your color swatches palette, you have the bottom box (background color) selected. Click on the top box (foreground color) to select it, and then your eye dropper tool will now put the color there instead.
