Is there a way to embed TED Talks?
Miru Kim's Underground Art (http://www.ted.com/talks/miru_kim_s_underground_art.html)

It's BAD ASS! Comes with some very interesting photos of urban exploration. She also has a website. (http://www.mirukim.com/nakedcityspleen/)

Conserving the Canopy (http://www.ted.com/talks/nalini_nadkani_on_conserving_the_canopy.html)

I think her actual ideas are pretty lame: rapping in the tree tops, and home made barbies are just not thinking big enough. But canopy climbing has awesome built in. People use mountain climbing equipment to get hundreds of feet into the air to find and explore an alien ecosystem. You could make a truly beautiful, maiyazaki-esque game or movie out of the concept. Does anyone have more stuff like the shot of her climbing in the trees?

Google images isn't bad, but there has got to be more video out there.

Honestly, while I liked the immagery I didn't feel that they were all that great as speakers and their ideas did not resonate for me

These, on the other hand, I kind of liked.
