Scott Robertson ( www.drawthrough.com ) Is writing a book on vehicle design. I've been waiting for this book for a while, but I don't think there is a sset date on when it will be released...

You can check it out at www.designstudiopress.com

There are a few other books out but I didn't get much out of them. I got "How to Draw cars like the pros" or something like that, and while it's a decent book, it's not a great book. Most of the ID books you can buy from major booksellers are usually gear towards automobile design. I think for architecture, you'd jsut have to pick up an architecture/drafting book..
