What is parchehment craft? Where is its origin? what does one need to practice this art?

From the baseline google search I did, it looks like paper craft to me. Some of papercraft is paper modeling. Other parts are making more intricate designs in paper. I am thinking that origami would qualify as papercraft.

At any rate, I would suggest a google search of parchment, or paper craft. It did yield a lot of hits.
