Hey guys,

I am new here and have recently made a tank using SketchUp,
Once I export this as a .obj file and open it with Photoshop I have no problem changing textures, lighting, shading etc.

But the one thing that has me stumped is colouring this in. I know you can make it all one colour but I am looking for a way I can make individual parts of this tank different colours.

Here is a picture of how it looks at the moment, I hope I explained myself well enough.

Please help and thank you for any feedback you give,

Dane.

You can make separate parts. I never used Sketchup so I don't know if it can do UV maps, and saves a materials file. Poser can preset materials with UV maps, before the obj file is loaded.
