I think to help people understand your job posting a little better, and to save you answering many email questions - you should post some more info such as..
- What does the girl in your book look like? what book, is it a comic, written story?
- What kind of ball jointed dolls there are a lot of varieties, perhaps supply some pictures similar to what you need.

The more info you provide the easier it will be to find your perfect artist. I hope this helps!
