painting without pressure sensitivity?

My old wacom tablet doesn't have os x drivers so I can't use pressure sensitivity in photoshop (mac). Is drawing without pen controlled size/opacity more difficult? Experiences?

Its essentially the same as drawing with a mouse. You will just have to be more creative with your method, laying down big blocks of color, then gradually decreasing size of the brush for details.

Sometimes this creates a very interesting effect-- a very rough and fast look, or a very slow and blobby look.
