very quick sketch, took about 20 minutes. I had to darken for my crappy scanner to work and it still looks a little messy. well enough with the excuses, here it is, sorry for its size.

proportions seems good ..a mistake in the volume of the nose (or do you practice boxe???)...
now the only way to improve is :" practice "
i think you can add regular gray overall your drawing, then add volumes with gradient grays and add hilight with an eraser..
so take care of the unicity of you drawing, take care of your gradients....
i know my english is not very good so i hope you can easily understand what i mean...
work, work, work......................is the only way

your english is fine ^_^ thanks for the crits I see what you mean with the volume, i need to get some more shades in there and i can work on the nose

Nice drawing. Good composition. The nose feels a little overdone and incorrect though. My suggestion Use a lighter medium to sketch because you already have the skill.
