.Rar brush files won't work in CS3 or 4!!

Question: How can I get a .rar file to an .abr format??? Because CS3 won't list brushes in the brush list that are in the brushes preset folder as .rar files. I found some brushes that looked way useful. -> http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=14&t=710684 ..I downloaded those, but they downloaded as a .rar file..and...CS3 won't read those...SO!! I can't use them. :( Help maybe? Thanks!! :)

.rar files can be opened with WinRAR, and inside you will find the abr file(s) needed. Once you extract those you can just double click it.

Is there one that's not a trial that's free? I noticed there was one "for pocket pc" ...but uh...see I don't know hardly anything about this stuff..:P If I could get just a wee bit more direction that would be AWESOME!! :) Thanks again!!

WinRar is free...

Step 1) google it, install it.

2) open the files with it.

3)extract the files into a folder then open the files in photoshop. the end.

Hahaha!! Yeah..when I was on the rarlab website it told me that it was a 40 day trial n all that. Eh..whatever! I've done what I needed to do!!
