Nice marker rendition, but the anatomy is off. I would sugest that you'd take a couple of life drawing classes, Books are cool but you need to draw from a live model. Also make the warm colors more obvious when you place them next to cools. like the background color you have behind the guy, it shoud be warmer and more saturated. That would make you character pop more. Hope this helps.

Remove the strong lines for the tendons in his left hand. Those should be rendered subtly with marker.

It would look 200 percent better if the background was something other than white. That brownish stuff used by bOne and others would be nice.
