Ok, it hought about posting these in the sketches area, but these are as done as theyre gonna get.
I really have NO idea what im doing here, ive never painted before,and i still dont know how to use PS really at all. these are my 3rd and fourth attempts respectively.
im basically just throwin down colors that look good together and trying to keep everything cohesive.
i know the backgrounds are non-existant, but i figure ill take this one step at a time.
any and all advice welcome..throw me a bone here!!

I'm really liking these two. Awesome contrast. I don't know about that leg in the first one. It bothers me because it's treated so different. I really like that the arms aren't finished on the second one and it turns into Tron. I don't like how from the external obliques down, the body turns into a column. Maybe a body could be implied there if it wasn't for the red lines running down that don't follow the contour like the blue lines in the arm. Your sense of color seems to be really awesome. Don't let an increased knowledge of Photoshop change your approach. Keep "just throwin down colors"
