Topic-titles question (something new I just saw)

Hi,
I just logged in today and was saring through the forums eyes peeled.
I saw something I have not seen before: After the topic-title on some topics it sais "REALTIME".
First spot I saw it was in the Downloads section, so I thought it was a note on streaming media, but then I also saw it in the finally finished section, and in the competition-section of the forums..

So my question is: What does the "REALTIME" stand for when it sits just after a topicname?
I noticed that if I let my pointer hoover on the word it pops out a little sign saying "LIVE TOPIC" but since Im the only one viewing at least one of them topics.... I just don't understand what it means..
And Im a nosy bugger so.. help us out will ye?

I noticed this too. I'm not sure what it means, except that someone is replying to the topic at that point in time?

I experienced what it is yesterday:
someone is typing a reply at that very moment but haven't posted it yet.
It also means that f you are looking at the topic, a new reply can appear at the same time as yu are looking at it.
