I suppose this is my introduction to posting here on Conceptart.org, so, 'hello'!
I've seen many, many fine examples of hard work, dedication and fantastic results here over the past month or so I've been visiting the forums. He's my contribution.
This is a grayscale portrait of Crash Test Dummies' singer Brad Roberts, adapted from his photo on the back of their "The Ghosts that Haunt Me" CD.
It was created completley in Photoshop 7.0 using the brush and eraser tools.
Estimated work time: 4-8 hours spread over 5 evenings.

This was done as a Photoshop excercise to get accostomed to the basic tools, as well as practice in portrait, use of tones and tablet control.
I appologise for the use of a link to my DeviantArt account as it is all I have available to me at the moment.
C&C is appreciated.
