What exactly should you put in a demo reel as a concept artist? I don't understand, because I've always thought that a demo reel is for an animator. So if you have nothing to animate, how do you go about showing your work?

Well, how do most people go about showing still 2d drawings in a demo reel? That's really the question I'm asking. It's not like they're animated, so why send a demo reel instead of a CD with thumbnail images?

like toaster said... you don't send a demo reel, because there's no point to it... you send a portfolio or even just have your portfolio available on your website.
