I really liked the detail on his skin, on his head... everything detailed is pretty cool, but he looks really flat. Is it because of the lack of lighting on the wall? I'm not sure, but I think the problem is still on... uhh... him.
Again, i'm not totally sure, but i *guess* that his mouth ears and chin shouldn't have a purple light unless all the bathroom's floor is purple and yet... he's holding a newpaper. It'd probably block out the reflected light (though it would have most of it).
correct me if i'm wrong, conceptartDOTorg gawds! :)

With regard to the reflected light issue I'd like to quote one my favorite digital painters, Imp Head.
"... notice that I tend to use mysterious fill lights of a complimentary color... I couldn't tell you where the lights coming from but as long as it looks good I don't think it much matters."
To see the result of his shamelessly arbitrary lighting check this out (blender boy) (http://imphead.com/port/cp/cp6.html). Works for me.
I realize you cant see the ground with his piece but I believe his words still ring true. The light looks cool Insider, and the average observer will probably not calculate the logistics of the ambience but instead be affected by the mood the light conveys.
That's my thoughts, anyway. Looks great. Keep pushin' it.:p

This is hilarious man!!!!!! hahahha. The cracks in the skin on his leg is really cool. That is really well done. I love that quote of Imp Head's...I read that too and laughed...it's funny but true. I think what is making this look flat right now is the back wall and the floor...there is no depth. Once he adds that it will look more 3d I bet. Great work!
