wacom question

i was eaxtremely lucky to get an A4 intuous2 for xmas and i've set it up since i've used one before but the one i have seems to make the cursor stick to things, eg. selecting colour in painter, sometimes the cursor sticks in the colour wheel, no matter where i move the stylus.... can anyone help?

it is not unlike clicking and holding the mouse button, but i dont want to do that obviously, and it stops doing it when i lift the stylus above the active distance....

have you calibrated it yet?
the sensitivty mihgt be a bit whacky
make sure you go thru all the settingsa and figure out what theyre for
