"Always on top" stickies

Is there a way to set a Sticky to always be at the top of the list? I'd really like this post (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=134235) to stay at the top of the Tutorials section without having to bump it.

How about making it an Announcement to that forum instead?

You can set the date to 2020 or something really as high as it lets you.

Go to the Admin CP, Announcements - New Announcement or Announcement Manager. Makes sure you set the announcement to that forum. The you can copy and paste the post in question and keep it up there. If the Date expires on you just extend it but I think you can go about 15 years or so on it. I believe you can also use HTML codes so if you want to add some nice fancy colors to catch people's eyes you can do so. If you need anymore help just send me a PM or IM
