I think the way you rendered him is great.
But the proportions should be more accurate to get a better likeness.
(You did use reference ... right?)
For example the lower half of the face seems too wide IMO.

it looks like the spanish guy from "Nash Bridges" but i doubt anyone would paint him, but other then that its really good.:D

Mulder? Nice rendering. I would put in some highlights though and darken the shadow areas.

Keanu Reeves? He needs some bigger eyes, and, as said earlier, the jaw seems too big.
