animal transporter

this is still a rough concept. I'm not quite sure how these animals would be domesticated enough to transport people, but what the hey. I wanted the animal to be more of a polar bear though, if anyone has any good animal references please share.

I would reccomend practising Fur textures other than that you should be set. Also polar bears have really chubbish faces. They dont look like mean animals like you have portrayed them in your concept image.

yeah, the face is off...it looks more like a rat/dog. I have a nagging habit of making characters look mean as you say. I need to watch more cartoons.
